Delivery Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping with NES (North Electrical Services) Ltd. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Delivery Policy.

Delivery processing time

All orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or national holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Delivery rates & delivery estimates

Delivery charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery time 2-3 business days.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Delivery is to UK mainland. Restrictions may apply to some postcode areas. In the Highlands and Islands and your postcode isn’t available? Just call our customer support team on 01343 548848 we’ll be happy to help (deliveries may require additional days and surcharges).

Delivery to PO Box addresses

We are unable to delivery to PO Box addresses.

Shipment confirmation

You will receive a confirmation e-mail once your order has been shipped.


NES (North Electrical Services) Ltd is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately 01343 548848.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods.


Returns Policy

A return is described as a product that was incorrectly ordered

You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Damaged or used goods cannot be refunded.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Before any products are returned, you must contact us for a Returns Reference Number. Products returned without a Returns Reference Number will not be accepted.

All items have a warranty period of 12 months. The warranty status of any returned item is determined at the sole discretion of NES (North Electrical Services) Ltd and/or supplier after inspection and testing of the item.



Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

Refunds will be made to the payment method chosen at the time of the order being processed.



You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


Faulty or Damaged Goods

We require notification of faulty or damaged items within 7 calendar days from the date you received the item.

We will ask for photographic evidence as this will help us to process your replacement much quicker and assist us in any claims which may require processing.
